Contains images of Newport News Shipbuilding, downtown Newport News in the area of the shipyard, the Mariners' Museum, Chesapeake Bay skipjacks, naval vessels, Maryland and North Carolina lighthouses, the Hampton Roads Ferry, and Chesapeake and Ohio Railway facilities. Specific shipyard images includes overhauling of SS America and launching of USS Forrestal.
